Police reported that a 35-year-old woman was fatally shot early Friday morning in West Baltimore.
Authorities from the Western District Homicide Detectives are currently investigating the incident which resulted in the death of the woman.
The incident occurred around 2 a.m. in the 1000 block of Fulton Avenue, where officers discovered the victim suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
The woman was swiftly transported to a nearby hospital, where she succumbed to her injuries, according to police statements.
At present, there is no additional information available regarding the victim.
